About Our Founder
My name is Ayesha Williams
I founded AB Consulting LLC out of both lived experience and professional purpose. Before becoming a consultant, therapist, and community leader, I was a survivor of rape, domestic violence, and profound loss. Rebuilding myself taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of accessible support lessons that now shape how I serve grassroots, women-led organizations.
As an immigrant who grew up navigating instability and limited resources, I learned early how difficult it is to build a dream without a roadmap. Those challenges, combined with more than a decade of service to survivors of human trafficking, foster youth, individuals with special needs, and families in crisis, prepared me for this calling.
In 2019, I created Legacy of Change Inc. to provide trauma-informed healing for survivors. From that work, I saw how many women-led organizations lacked the structure, funding knowledge, and strategic support needed to grow.
To bridge that gap, I launched AB Consulting LLC offering affordable, culturally competent consulting that helps founders build strong infrastructures, secure funding, and operate with clarity.
