Meet the Founder: Ayesha Williams
Ayesha Williams is a visionary entrepreneur, business strategist, grant writer, and nonprofit executive with over 16 years of experience in social services, executive leadership, program development, project management, organizational growth, and community advocacy.
With a Master of Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Nova Southeastern University, Ayesha brings a unique combination of strategic leadership, business expertise, and a deep commitment to community transformation and partnership.
Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, developed and managed community-based programs, overseen grant-funded initiatives, built strategic partnerships, facilitated professional trainings, and guided organizations through program implementation, compliance, operational development, and sustainable growth.
As the Founder and CEO of AB Consulting LLC, Ayesha specializes in helping grassroots nonprofits, small businesses, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs establish strong organizational foundations through business planning, grant writing, funding strategies, strategic coaching, leadership development, and organizational capacity building.
She is also the Founder and CEO of Legacy of Change Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to prevention, education, advocacy, and empowering survivors and vulnerable populations through trauma-informed, community-centered initiatives.
Drawing upon her extensive experience in social services, nonprofit management, and grant development, Ayesha is passionate about bridging the gap between vision and opportunity. Her mission is to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge, resources, confidence, and strategic tools necessary to build sustainable, fundable, and impactful organizations.
